Sorry we only provide shipped orders and do not offer in person pick ups.
Do You Ship Internationally?
We ship to Australia through our website. We are happy to accommodate any request for shipping to the rest of the world. Please contact us if you are interested in receiving a quote.
Custom And Import Fees
Our prices do not include import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries. Please be aware that your order may incur these additional charges and you as the customer will be responsible for paying those fees. Please check your local customs office to obtain the thresholds for your country.
Special Delivery Instructions
Let us know during checkout in the comment box whether you have any special delivery instructions. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete delivery details, we will happily re-send it to an updated address for you, however another delivery charge will apply for this.
How Can I Get Free Shipping?
Free shipping is available on all orders over $125.00 nationwide in New Zealand and over $150 on orders to Australia. This discount is applied to your order upon checkout.
We reserve the right to charge for additional shipping fees if an order is over 2kgs.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
We aim to ship your package within 1-2 working days of receiving your order. We send orders by either NZ Post tracked mail, Courier Post or International Air tracked.
Once shipped the order should arrive within the following time period:
North Island: 1-3 working days
South Island: 2-3 working days
Australia: 3-10 working days
We will provide you with a tracking number and link by email once the order has been processed.
These services are “non-signature required” and the order will be left at your door or in your letterbox if you are not home to receive it. Neither NZ Post, Courier Post nor Diamond Craft are liable for parcels that are stolen, damaged or lost after an order has been delivered to the correct address.
