Your personal information
At Diamond Craft we collect personal information from you, when you register an account on our site, place an order or subscribe to our newsletter. Personal information is collected by us including information about your:
- Name;
- Contact information; and
- Billing or purchase information.
We collect your personal information in order to:
- Fulfil any orders placed through our site which includes processing your payment information, arranging for shipping and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations; and

Data we collect
When you visit Diamond Craft, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse Diamond Craft, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to Diamond Craft, and information about how you interact with Diamond Craft. Payment security
Diamond Craft does not hold your credit card details. We use third party payment processor Stripe, one of the world’s leading payment handling services (see https://stripe.com/en-nz/privacy). Stripe processes payments using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the internet in a way that is designed to prevent unauthorised parties from intercepting data communications.
Other security measures
We use reasonable technical and administrative security measures designed to safeguard and help prevent unauthorised access to your information, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect. These measures include, but are not limited to, the use of encryption, information access controls, and anti-virus software.
Additionally, your account is protected by the password you use to access your online account, we encourage you to take steps to keep your password safe and to chose a unique strong password. If you feel your password has been compromised, you should change it immediately. You should log out of your account and exit your browser once you have finished perusing our site.
Please be aware that, despite our best efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable. We cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you disclose or transmit to us and cannot be responsible for the theft, destruction, loss or inadvertent disclosure of your information.
Email marketing
With your permission we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates. You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us.
