Is Your Art Licensed?

Art theft is rife in the diamond painting world with the majority of suppliers selling stolen artwork. We pride ourselves on designing the art you see in our exclusive range of diamond paintings.

All our diamond paintings are protected by Copyright and is the property of Diamond Craft. Permission must be sought before any reproduction, duplication or use.

Photographs captured by the founder of Diamond Craft taken domestically and while travelling the world have been digitally altered to create Diamond Craft’s aesthetic of bold and brightly coloured diamond painting art.

What Are AB Diamonds?

The “AB” is short for Aurora Borealis. These specially coated sparkling diamond drills stand out from the others and it is easily to see why they were named after the colourful dancing light show, the Northern Lights. It is generally considered that diamond paintings are enhanced with the addition of AB diamonds.

All of our larger diamond painting prints come with either one or two coloured sets which along with the uniquely designed artwork you wont find anywhere else in New Zealand.

What Accessories Come With My Diamond Painting? 

Our exclusive range of diamond paintings come with a premium accessory kit. This includes a larger tray with funnel, a heart shaped glue pad, a drill pen with grip for a more comfortable hold, two multi placers, pointed tweezers (this is excluded from our kid’s kits for safety reasons) and of course all the diamond drills you require to complete your art.

Please note that our stickers and card packs may come with smaller trays and a standard non grip drill pen as these have not been designed by Diamond Craft.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Are you GST registered?

Diamond Craft is not currently GST registered.

Is Buying Online Safe At Diamond Craft?

Our website uses encrypted HTTPS (check out the locked padlock in your web search bar) so your personal data and all payments are processed through a secure server. We use payment gateway Stripe for online payments and Diamond Craft does not retain, hold or see any personal credit card or bank account information. What Happens If I Run Out Of Drills Or Something In My Order Is Missing?

At Diamond Craft we guarantee enough drills to complete your diamond painting, if you find you run short of diamonds, please contact us and we will organise to send to you extra drills free of charge. If there is an issue with your canvas or item inventory please get in touch with us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. 

How Can I Return A Product?

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority, if you are unsatisfied with your product you may return it in an unused condition within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us and we will provide a return address. We do not provide prepaid return labels. Once the product is received, a refund will be returned to you by way of your original payment method. 

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If your order has not been packaged yet, we will be able to accommodate your request for cancellation or make a change to your order.

If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to cancel your order and you will need to return the unused package by return shipping (at your expense) for a refund.
